My story began in 1986 with
Cystic Fibrosis
I was born with Cystic Fibrosis. A genetic disease that effects nearly every organ in the body, mainly the lungs and digestive system. It took the doctors 5 months to figure out what was going on. My parents were told that the outcome isn't great and I wouldn't see past the age of 10.
Because of my holistic approach to treating CF, it has given me a greater understanding of how the human anatomy works. With that, I have worked with over 100 Olympians, 33 Olympics medals, have travelled to 24 different countries over 4 continents as a Sports Therapist, Strength Coach, Acupuncturist & Nutritionist.
In 2017, I ran my first Marathon where I became the European Record Holder as the fastest person with CF.
I set myself major challenges as I feel that if it is going to be rewarding then it has to be challenging.

I never wanted people knowing I had CF. In fact, I went out of my way to hide it. I decided to change that in response to the doom and gloom that surrounds CF. I want to try pave the way for others with CF and parents of a baby who has CF. I want to show you that it can be done and how I go about living a normal life.
